Terry has consulted within the litigation support space since 1993 when he started as a lead operator of Night Rider Overnight Copy Service. Using his experience, he founded Elite Document Technology in 2001. Understanding his clients’ needs were evolving, Terry became certified as a Forensic Expert in 2008. He has applied his expertise to numerous large cases involving complex electronic-discovery matters, litigation holds, information governance and digital-forensics matters.

Within the following 4 years, Terry led the merger and acquisitions of 4 companies that make up Elite today. Elite is one of the fastest-growing service providers in the southern US, serving clients nationwide and winning multiple awards for excellence.

Terry understands the trends driving the legal technology community and continually evolves Elite’s practices, operational models, and culture accordingly to stay ahead of the curve. Elite Document Technology’s award-winning approach guides clients effectively and efficiently through the entire litigation life cycle.

Throughout his career, Terry has primarily focused on business development & consulting. He has applied his experience and expertise on numerous large cases involving complex electronic-discovery matters, litigation holds, information governance and digital-forensics matters. Serving as the CEO of both Elite Discovery and Elite Deposition Technology, Terry continues to pursue strategic growth and relationships with both clients and vendors. Terry has enjoyed success in the merger & acquisition of four companies over the past 21 years.
